From 28 March through 31 March 2011,  in Bologna it is on the 48th edition of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.

Reserved to professional operators (that is, authors, illustrators, literary agents, licensors and licensees, packagers, distributors, printers, booksellers, and librarians), the Bologna Children’s Book Fair is the most important international occasion completely dedicated to the children’s latest sector trend in publishing.

Fond of indipendent cinema? In Rome the RIFF is waiting for you

The Independent Film Festival has been for ten years the Rome’s foremost cinema event.

If you are in rome and want some of indipendent cinema and visions, it will be for you to join the festival, which is showcasing in the current event more than 80 international movies at some of the city’s most popular theatres and cinemas.

The awards? This year is over €50,000, and the winning production has the occasion to go for theatre distribution.

Going to Milan at Triennale Design Museum

If you are in Milan in April, you can’t miss the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2011! From 1961 for 50 years this event has brought  the future of design into the present, shaping with its events the very soul of the City of Milan.

Looking for and mirroring the trends of yesterday and tomorrow is also “La Triennale di Milano” (Triennale Design Museum), a famous collateral event of the Salone del Mobile, with massive and intense re-shaping and re-thinking of design and contemporary culture in all kinds of different styles.
